After completing the project in 2006 we have been busy upgrading and constructing the owner’s inventory of suites for marketing purposes.
In addition we continue to market and redevelop the penthouse levels of the building. |

Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, Toronto, Ontario
Our Theatre expertise is being utilized to advise and assist in the redevelopment and refurbishment of the Sony Centre. The Project includes the renovation of the interior spaces and the relocating of complex services required in order to accommodate the new “L” tower condominium development. |

355 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario
We are currently in the development stages of a new project at 355 King St .West. The project will include two distinct Condominium towers, retail, art gallery, restaurants, glazed courtyard and the home of the future Theatre Museum of Canada. The project is currently at the city planning approval stage. |
