Leadership
Peter brings to the forefront over 20 years of experience in development, project management and construction in the global marketplace within all sectors of building types and mixed use development projects. His expertise spans all aspects of a project, from strategic planning and site selection to assembling the core financial group.
As team leader, his knowledge base brings the right team of professional consultants together ensuring that the vision becomes a reality though the planning, design and construction phases, including management of the budgetary responsibility and project financing.
Experience
In conjunction with his development experience, Peter brings to the table a wide range of business acumen. He has developed numerous properties for himself and his investors, from resort based destinations to commercial and exclusive residential custom homes. He has founded numerous companies including Nexient Corporation, a highly successful brand development, brand recognition and marketing firm. Peter’s broad spectrum of wide ranging business skills and experience translates into his successful management of highly complex and difficult projects that require strategic problem solving capabilities which translate to increased profits and revenue for the owners and shareholders.
